![]() Step 1: Once you are ready to set up your email signature, open Outlook. Step 2: Under the Email section, click Signatures. Step 3: Click the + icon in the lower left corner of the window to add a signature. If you're seeing the whole page highlight and not just your signature make sure to click into the signature itself, and then select. Add my email signature to Outlook (Mac) Open Outlook for Mac. Once the signature is copied open Outlook and compose a new email. ![]() Within the email open the signature settings. This will open a pop-up where you will be able to add a new signature.Ĭlick the + button to add a new signature. This will open another smaller pop-up where you can give your new signature a title and paste your WiseStamp signature.Ĭlick the floppy disc icon at the top to save when you're done. Just click the save button and then manually close out the pop-up. You'll see your signature has saved within the Outlook signature settings library. You'll also be able to select if you want the signature to automatically show with new compose emails, or reply/forward emails. There is no save option here, so just close out of the settings and compose a new email.
